Our mission
Honest, independent AI tool reviews
The AI tools market moves faster than anyone can keep up with, and most of what gets published about it is either recycled marketing copy or an affiliate list dressed up as a review. We started AIVerdict because we wanted the other thing: someone who had actually paid for the software and used it long enough to have an opinion worth reading.
No paid placements
Nobody can buy a position on a list. Rankings come from scores, and scores come from testing.
Affiliate links, disclosed
We earn commission on some links. It never changes an ordering, and it is always marked.
We publish the downsides
Every review says what the tool is bad at. A review without criticism is an advert.
How we test
Our review methodology
Three steps, applied identically to every tool we cover.
01
We buy it ourselves
Every tool is purchased at full retail price on a normal plan. No free press accounts, no vendor-supplied demo environments, no briefing calls.
02
We use it on real work
Minimum two weeks of genuine production use, then scored against a fixed rubric: output quality, speed, pricing, support and export freedom.
03
We publish and re-test
The score and the reasoning go up together. Anything older than ninety days gets re-run before it stays on a recommendation list.
